LUMENESC™ – For Mesenchymal Stem Cells

The LUMENESC™ platform uses a highly sensitive, non-subjective and fully standardized ATP- based luminescence signal detection system to detect and measure MSC proliferation without counting colonies microscopically using the CFU-F assay. Bioluminescence is measured in a plate luminometer.

HemoGenix has developed 3 types of LUMENESC™ Assay Kits:

LUMENESC™-96 Research: Can be used for basic research providing the investigator with the flexibility to grow and treat the cells using their own protocol.

LUMENESC™-Hu: For all applications involving human mesenchymal stem cells. Available with low-serum, serum-free or humanized media for the growth of MSC from bone marrow, umbilical cord blood or other human sources.

LUMENESC™-96 or 384-Tox: To determine the cytotoxic effect of agents on the MSC system.
